Tina Peters, Mesa County Clerk, spoke at Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium earlier this week. Peters decried investigations underway by the local district attorney and Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold.
More on the investigation:
Griswold, a Democrat, says the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder’s office directed staff to turn off video surveillance of its voting equipment prior to a May 25 voting machine update session, thus making it unable to verify the chain of custody of the machines.
CNN reports on QAnon involvement:
In announcing the revoking of some Mesa County voting machines -- their logins appeared in a video by an individual affiliated with QAnon -- Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold on Thursday also accused the county's clerk, Tina Peters, of assisting in the election system security breach.
And another report indicated it was indeed Gateway Pundit:
"We know that that information was posted by an extreme conspiracy theorist last week," Griswold said, referring to the Gateway Pundit, a conservative news site that traffics in election conspiracy theories.
Jim Hoft, the blogger behind Gateway Pundit, is often called the “dumbest man on the internet.” He apparently picked up that title over a decade ago.
